Spread tofu
Ingredients 10 ounces (300grammes)
firm tofu 1 ¼ c. grated carrot
tsp turmeric
a shallot or green onion, minced 4 tablespoons
mayonnaise (me 5)
Salt and pepper to taste Add
staff: 1 c. Tea fills Dijon mustard
Crumble tofu
- and put in food processor with remaining ingredients. Mix everything.
Note: If you do not have a food processor, you may crush the ingredients together. They will be less smooth than robot-related but equally good!
