I wanted a cake Apple and caramel ... without sauce! This cake is totally insane! Tender and soft as it is not possible! With a good taste of caramel and white chocolate. We can not go wrong with Skor! This cake is best served hot or warm! To redo the short term, for sure!
cake Ingredients ½ cup butter softened 1 cup sugar
2 eggs 1 tsp tsp vanilla 2 cups flour
1 tsp teaspoon baking powder 1 tsp
teaspoon baking soda ¼ c.
teaspoon salt 1 cup
2 cups sour cream potatoes peeled and diced ½
package Skor toffee bits
Ingredients
trim 1 / 3 cup flour 2 tablespoons
tablespoons brown sugar ¼ cup butter
½ package Skor toffee bits
½ cup white chocolate chips
- Cream butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla in large bowl until the mixture is light and creamy. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
- Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture alternately with sour cream by 3 additions of dry ingredients and 2 of liquid. Gently stir in apples and toffee bits. Spread batter into a greased 13x9po.
- Mix all filling ingredients until the mixture is crumbly. Also sprinkle top of dough with this mixture.
- Bake at 350F 35 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
