cake Ingredients ½ cup butter softened 1 cup sugar
2 eggs 1 tsp tsp vanilla 2 cups flour
1 tsp teaspoon baking powder 1 tsp
teaspoon baking soda ¼ c.
teaspoon salt 1 cup
2 cups sour cream potatoes peeled and diced ½
package Skor toffee bits
Ingredients
trim 1 / 3 cup flour 2 tablespoons
tablespoons brown sugar ¼ cup butter
½ package Skor toffee bits
½ cup white chocolate chips
- Cream butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla in large bowl until the mixture is light and creamy. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
- Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture alternately with sour cream by 3 additions of dry ingredients and 2 of liquid. Gently stir in apples and toffee bits. Spread batter into a greased 13x9po.
- Mix all filling ingredients until the mixture is crumbly. Also sprinkle top of dough with this mixture.
- Bake at 350F 35 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
